You can view or download report cards from an earlier academic year by switching the academic session. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Switch the Academic Session:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the top-left<\/strong> of the screen and click the Search<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Locate the Academic Session<\/strong> option and click it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. From the dropdown, select the academic year for which you want to view report cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Navigate to Student > Examination > Report Card Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You will see all report cards published in the selected academic session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the Eye (Preview)<\/strong> icon to view the report card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click the Download (\u2193)<\/strong> icon to download the report card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong>
    Using this method, you can only view or download<\/strong> report cards. You cannot modify marks or grades.
    To make changes, you must either activate the respective academic session<\/strong> or enable write access for staff<\/strong>.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
