To add new subjects to the report cards, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create the Subject:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Go to: Settings > Students > Examination > Subject Setup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In Subject Setup, you will see two options: All Subjects<\/strong> and Class Wise<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You can add the new subject using either option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Give the subject name as AI or NSQF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add the Subject to Exam Hierarchy:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Go back to the Examination Settings<\/strong> and select Exam Hierarchy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Choose the class for which you want to add the subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select the Academic Session<\/strong> and then choose the Term<\/strong> (Term 1, Term 2, etc., as per school requirement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Under the selected term, you will see various assessments (e.g., PT, Notebook, Half-Yearly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click on the three dots<\/strong> next to the assessment where you want to add the subject, then select Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Repeat this for other assessments if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Add Activities\/Rubrics and Marks:<\/strong>\n

        • After importing the subject, click on the subject and add activities or rubrics<\/strong> as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Also, enter the maximum marks<\/strong> as per school guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Update the Report Card Template:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Go to: Examination Settings > Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Open the report card template where you want this subject to appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Add the keys<\/strong> (placeholders) for the new subject and save<\/strong> the template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Publish the Report Card:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Go to the Report Card Publish<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click the Up Arrow<\/strong> icon to republish the report card.
              After following these steps, the new subject will be visible in the report card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
