- Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select the Class<\/strong>, choose the Session<\/strong>, and then select the Term<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Under Assessment<\/strong>, click the three dots (\ufe19)<\/strong> next to the assessment and select Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Update the Sequence<\/strong> number as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Finish<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

If you have 2 terms with 4 assessments, assign sequences consecutively:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Assessment 2 \u2192 Sequence 2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Assessment 3 \u2192 Sequence 3<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Assessment 4 \u2192 Sequence 4<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Once updated, the tabulation report will reflect assessments in the correct order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tip: When assigning sequence numbers for Term 2<\/strong>, continue numbering from the last assessment sequence of Term 1<\/strong>. This ensures the assessments follow a continuous order and appear correctly in the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
