If the grades displayed do not match the marks, you should first verify the Grade System configuration<\/strong> and then check the grade system mapping<\/strong> in the Examination Hierarchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check Grade System Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Grade System<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Review the configured grading scale and ensure the mark ranges and grade points are correct.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Check Grade Mapping<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If the grading scale itself is accurate, the issue may be due to an incorrect grade system mapping in the Examination Hierarchy. Follow these steps to verify and correct it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the required Class<\/strong> and click Validate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the relevant Term<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Review the Grade System<\/strong> column at the Assessment<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, and Activity<\/strong> levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Check whether the mapped grade system is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. If it is incorrect, select the appropriate grade system from the dropdown<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
