To display student ranks on the report card, you must complete two configurations<\/strong>: set up class ranking and update the report card template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure Class Ranking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Rank Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the desired Class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Configure ranking for Assessment\/Term\/Yearly Ranking<\/strong> by selecting Rank Based On<\/strong> (marks or percentage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the ranking settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Report Card Template Setup<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the appropriate report card template and click on View<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. From the Component<\/strong> section, choose the “Rank”<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Place the cursor in the desired position within the template where the rank should appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Select the appropriate Rank Key<\/strong> from the component field to insert it into the template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Submit<\/strong> to update the template.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      After completing both steps, republish the report card<\/strong> to automatically display student ranks in the report card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
