<\/strong>Editing the <\/strong>Report Card Template should not<\/strong> be done without prior understanding of the Html \/ Visual Editor tool. Incorrect changes may affect the layout or missing information in the final output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to: Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Report Card Template<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Choose the template you want to edit<\/strong> or customize<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click the three-dot menu<\/strong> next to the template and select Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Insert Health Keywords<\/strong>.\n

      • In the text editor section<\/strong> of the template (usually where the student details are shown), add the following placeholders<\/strong> where needed:\n

        • $height<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • $weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • $bloodgroup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Use Health Status Component (Optional)<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Inside the builder, look for the “Components” panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Select “Health Status”<\/strong> from the components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It will show options like Height, Weight, and Blood Group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • You can click to insert<\/strong> the fields directly if using a block-style layout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Save the Template<\/strong>\n

            • Once added, click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Preview and Generate Report<\/strong>\n

              • When generating the report card for a student, the system will automatically pull the health data<\/strong> from the student’s profile and display it using the keywords.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Make sure the student\u2019s health details are entered in their profile<\/strong> under:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Student > Student Health Details<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Otherwise, the placeholders will appear blank on the report card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
