To allow parents to see class test marks directly in the mobile app<\/strong> (no printouts needed), you must publish the report card and enable parent display access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to enable the parent access:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Report Card Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the three dots<\/strong> beside the result, then choose Edit.
    You can do this for an already published report card, or set parent access while adding a new one.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Set the Parent Access Start Date<\/strong> and End Date<\/strong>.
    This defines the period during which parents can view and download the report card.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Submit<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Re-publish the report card if there are any changes in marks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Set an appropriate date range to ensure parents have enough time to review their child\u2019s class test results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where will parents see the marks?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Parents can view class test marks by following –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.  Go to School Hub<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Tap on Examination ><\/strong> Exam Info <\/strong>tab <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note:<\/strong> Marks will be visible only within the specified date range set by the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
