Choose the method that matches your requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scenario 1: Editing the Grade System Directly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to modify the <strong>grading scale parameters<\/strong>, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings &gt; Student &gt; Examination &gt; Examination Hierarchy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Class<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can update the grading system at any of the following levels:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Term Level<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assessment Level<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subject Level<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activity Level<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rubric Level<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>three dots (\ufe19)<\/strong> next to the level where you want to change the grading system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the on-screen steps and save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br>If you update the <strong>Term Level<\/strong> and select <strong>\u201cUse same Grade System for all levels below\u201d<\/strong>, the system will automatically apply the new grading scale to all lower levels\u2014saving time and avoiding manual changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This depends on how the school prefers to generate their examination reports or report cards. For example, if grades are calculated at the term level, then the grading system should be configured at the term level.
