Employees can be assigned to the staff groups one by one or in bulk. ensure that the staff groups are already created to assign the employees to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

To assign the employee individually to a group,<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Select <\/span>Assign Employee <\/b>tab on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Department<\/b> and <\/span>Designation<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>Assign Group, <\/b>the pop-up window will appear to select the group.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select the groups to which the employees need to be assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click <\/span>Save.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To assign the employees in bulk,<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click \"\" <\/span>to upload the employees’ details. The window will appear to upload and download the template.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select the required <\/span>Group<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Click <\/span>Download Template <\/b>to download the excel sheet.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Fill the details of the employees in the excel.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Click \"\" <\/span>or <\/span>Select a File to Upload <\/b>to upload the downloaded excel with the list of employees<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
