<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an optional subject is not appearing for a student or teacher, it is usually due to incorrect optional subject mapping<\/strong> or subject teacher mapping<\/strong>. Use the steps below to diagnose and fix the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student-Level Check<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Optional Subject Mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Class<\/strong>, Section<\/strong>, set Type<\/strong> as Optional Subject Mapping<\/em>, and choose the Term(s)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Review the list of optional subjects and ensure the student is correctly mapped<\/strong> to the required subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If not mapped, tick the checkbox for the subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Result:<\/strong>
    If the issue was due to incorrect subject mapping, the optional subject will now be visible to the student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Staff-Level Check\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. Navigate to Settings > Staff > Staff > Subject Teacher Mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Open Teacher-wise<\/strong>, and search for the teacher\u2019s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Go to the specific class where the subject is not appearing for the teacher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Check if the radio button<\/strong> next to the optional subject is selected.\n
