Before generating report cards, ensure that all marks are entered<\/strong> and the correct report card template is mapped<\/strong> in the Report Card Builder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Add the Result & Generate Report Card<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Report Card Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Create<\/strong> icon to add a new result (report card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the level for which you want to publish the report:\n
      \n
    • Annual Report Card:<\/strong> Generates a full-year report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Term Report Card:<\/strong> Generates report cards for Term 1, Term 2, Term 3, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assessment Report Card:<\/strong> Generates assessment-wise reports (e.g., PT1, PT2, SA1, SA2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Once the result appears in the list, click the Upward Arrow<\/strong> icon to publish it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • When the status changes to Generated<\/strong>, you can Preview<\/strong> or Download<\/strong> the report card in PDF format.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
