{"id":15091,"date":"2025-12-11T18:29:46","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T12:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=15091"},"modified":"2026-01-13T13:33:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T08:03:58","slug":"how-can-i-enter-student-wise-commentary-remarks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-i-enter-student-wise-commentary-remarks\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I enter student-wise commentary remarks?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Tutorial :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/B174-Q3-How-Can-I-Enter-Student-Wise-Commentary-Remarks.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Student &gt; Examination &gt; Commentary Remarks \/ Student Record<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Student-wise Entry<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applying required filter :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose one of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>With Report Card<\/strong> \u2013 to enter remarks while previewing the report card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Only Remarks<\/strong> \u2013 to enter remarks without report card preview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Class<\/strong> and <strong>Section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From <strong>Remarks Based On<\/strong>, choose where the remarks should apply:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General<\/strong> \u2013 for overall performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Term<\/strong> \u2013 for term-wise remarks (e.g., Term 1, Term 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subjects<\/strong> \u2013 for subject-level remarks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assessments<\/strong> \u2013 for assessment-wise remarks (e.g., PT1, Half Yearly)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subjects with Assessment<\/strong> \u2013 for subject-wise remarks under a specific assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activity<\/strong> \u2013 for activity-level remarks (e.g., Theory, Practical)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Remarks Type<\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entering the Remark<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first student\u2019s record will appear.
