  1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Mark Entry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Class<\/strong> and Section<\/strong>, then choose the Subject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the relevant Term<\/strong> and Assessment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the student list, identify the student who was absent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click the three dots (\u22ee)<\/strong> next to the student\u2019s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select Descriptive Indicators<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. In the popup, click the Filter<\/strong> icon and select AB (Absent)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udcdd Note<\/strong>: Once saved, the system will mark the student as Absent for that subject and assessment. This entry will also be considered as absent during the exam calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
