test:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steps to configure exam structure:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your\u00a0<strong>NextOS<\/strong>\u00a0account using\u00a0<strong>School Admin<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Exam Coordinator<\/strong>\u00a0credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Settings > Student > Examination<\/strong>, open\u00a0<strong>Exam Hierarchy<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Class<\/strong>, then click the\u00a0<strong>\u201c+\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button under\u00a0<strong>Assessment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Assessment Name (e.g.,\u00a0<strong>Quarterly or Monthly<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the\u00a0<strong>Sequence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the appropriate\u00a0<strong>Grading Scale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Proceed<\/strong>, then\u00a0<strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Importing the subjects to an assessment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>three dots (\ufe19)<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0<strong>Import Subject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the subjects you want to include.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untick any subjects you want to exclude from the report card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Proceed<\/strong>\u00a0to complete the import.<br><strong>Tip :<\/strong>\u00a0<em>You need to define the subject activities to open the marks\/grade entry<\/em> <em>for students<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure subjects sctivities\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a\u00a0<strong>Subject<\/strong>, Click on Add Activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the\u00a0<strong>Input Type<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>Mark<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Grade<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate\u00a0<strong>Grading Scale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the\u00a0<strong>Activity Name<\/strong>, Give the Sequence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the\u00a0<strong>Maximum Marks<\/strong>, Save the configuration.<br>Repeat this process for each subject individually.<br><strong>Tip :<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Sequence should always start from 1 for the first activity, and should be unique for each activity.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>These steps complete the setup of assessments, subjects, and activity-level configurations for the Quarterly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
