You can control this in two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Reassign a new role<\/strong> to the staff member (a role that does not include examination configuration access), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Update the permissions<\/strong> in their currently assigned role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong>
    If you remove permissions from a role, the change applies to all staff members<\/strong> assigned to that role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Option 1: Reassign a New Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Staff > Staff List & Reports > Staff List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search for the staff member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Go to the Employment<\/strong> section and click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Locate the Roles<\/strong> field and assign a different role (e.g., Teacher or any role without exam configuration access).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Option 2: Update Access Through Roles & Permissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Settings > Administration > School Setup > Roles & Permissions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the role<\/strong> of the staff whose exam-related access needs to be restricted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Under the Examination<\/strong> module:\n
