Remarks can be given to the staff on the basis of their achievement or failure Remarks can also be neutral. Scores can also be given to the staff according to their remarks.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span>to add the remark. There are two steps to add the remark.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Type <\/b>(Achievement, Failure, Neutral), <\/span>Category<\/b> and <\/span>Score <\/b>(1 to 5) from the drop-down menu.<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/b>NOTE:
    \n<\/strong><\/span>Score 1 is least critical and score 5 is most critical<\/span><\/strong>

  3. Select <\/span>Event Date.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Fill in the <\/span>Subject<\/b> and <\/span>Description<\/b> field and click <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
