Staff birthday report provides a report of employees\u2019 birthdays. The report is downloadable in excel format from the page.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>Filters <\/b>on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Department<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0 <\/span>Day Wise<\/b> or <\/span>Monthly <\/b>option.
    \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
    \nIf Day Wise<\/b> is selected, it is mandatory to select the date range (From<\/b> to To<\/b>).
    \nIf Monthly<\/b> is selected, it is mandatory to select the month from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select <\/span>Staff Status <\/b>(Active or Inactive)<\/span> from the drop-down menu<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Click <\/span>Submit. <\/b>The report will be displayed for the selected staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
