  2. Select <\/span>Department<\/b>, <\/span>Designation<\/b> and <\/span>Letter Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu or search staff by name or ID.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>Proceed. <\/b>The letter will be displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Download. <\/b>The letter will be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
