Letters can be created for staff members. Offer and Experience letter can be defined for the staff. There are some predefined templates for the letters.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Letter Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu including Offer and Experience Letter.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> to add a template. The window will appear to select a template.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click check-circle against <\/span>Click Here to Select <\/b>to select the template and click <\/span>NEXT.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Departments<\/b> for the letter.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter <\/span>Prefix<\/b>, <\/span>Variable<\/b> and <\/span>Suffix <\/b>to set letter autonumbering<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Click<\/span> Done.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
