Class &#8211; Section Wise Mapping<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose the desired class and section.<\/li>\n<li>Assign the primary and additional class teachers.<\/li>\n<li>Use the left side subject links and the right side &#8220;Add staff&#8221; button to assign teachers to subjects.<\/li>\n<li>You can map multiple staff members to each subject within the selected class and section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Teacher Wise Mapping<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the specific staff member you wish to configure or use the search function to find them.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;configure&#8221; for the chosen staff member.<\/li>\n<li>On the left side, choose the class, and then select the section tab at the top.<\/li>\n<li>Check the subject checkboxes that you want to assign to this teacher and click the &#8220;Assign&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Quick Mapping\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Quick Mapping&#8221; from the top tab.<\/li>\n<li>On the left side, view the list of teaching staff along with the count of mapped courses (subjects).<\/li>\n<li>Use the filters at the top of the right side to select the teacher, class, section, and subject.<\/li>\n<li>The data will populate based on the selected filters.<\/li>\n<li>Under the &#8220;Subject Teacher&#8221; column, type the staff name to assign them to a subject.<\/li>\n<li>Use the &#8220;Supervisor&#8221; column to designate teachers who have subject access but are not included in timetable counts or other areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These methods provide flexibility in assigning teachers to classes and subjects efficiently based on your specific requirements and preferences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To map teachers to classes and subjects using the available options, follow these steps for each method: &gt; Staff &gt; Staff Settings &gt; Subject Teacher Mapping 1.
