Record for all existed, and new holdings can be seen. Whether the holding is damaged, lost, discarded or available only for reference is indicated. This becomes the status of the holding. The accession no., location and year (the year in which the holding was added to the library) is also displayed for each holding.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select the drop-down in <\/span>search by<\/b> to search the holding. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Field Name<\/b> and <\/span>Filter<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter <\/span>Value <\/b>and click <\/span>Search. <\/b>The list of the holdings will appear<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
