Holdings details can be uploaded with or without desired fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span>to upload the file. The window will appear to first download the template to fill the details of the holdings and then the same file with the details of the holdings will be uploaded.
    \nThere are two types on the basis of which the file can be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>Download<\/b> in <\/span>Simple<\/b> to download the file with basic fields and without accession no.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>Customize<\/b> in <\/span>Advanced <\/b>to select the fields that you want to be in excel. The pop-up window will appear to select the fields by clicking on the check-circle against them and click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Download <\/b>in<\/span> Advanced <\/b>to download the file with desired fields.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click \"\"<\/span>or <\/span>Select a File to Upload<\/b> to upload the file with desired details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The file with the details of the holding will be uploaded. This upload can only be used for adding holdings and not for updating the already existing holdings.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
