  1. Select check-circle against the <\/span>staff<\/b> on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Designation<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Include Inactive Staff, <\/b>if required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>ISSUE <\/b>to issue the holding to the staff. The window will appear to search and select holding for the staff.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Search Holding by name or Accession no. and click on the holding name to add.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click \"\" <\/span>to edit the <\/span>Issue<\/b> and <\/span>Due Dates<\/b>. The pop-up window will appear to change the issue and due dates and click <\/span>Update<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click \"\" <\/span>to delete the holding from the list.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click <\/span>Issue <\/b>and the holding will be issued to staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

    • Click <\/span>Quick Issue\/Return <\/b>on the top right corner of the page to issue holding quickly. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select check-circle against <\/span>Issue.<\/b> Enter <\/span>Staff Employee ID<\/b> and <\/span>Accession No<\/b>. or staff employee ID and accession no. can be scanned.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Click \"\" <\/span>to add more rows to issue more than one holding, as required and click <\/span>Issue<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
