  1. Select check-circle against the <\/span>staff<\/b> on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Designation<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Turn on the toggle against <\/span>Include Inactive Staff, <\/b>if required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Return <\/b>to take back the holding from the staff. The window will appear to check the fines, due and issue date of the holding.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click<\/span> Levy Fine <\/b>to check the fines. The pop-up window will appear to select the condition of the holding.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If <\/span>Good<\/b> is selected in condition then the fine will be shown according to the condition of the holding, give remarks and click <\/span>Confirm<\/b>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If <\/span>Damaged<\/b> is selected then select the fine type from the drop-down menu, click \"\" <\/span>to add more rows for damage fine details, if required and give remarks and click <\/span>Confirm<\/b>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>If <\/span>Lost<\/b> is selected then select the fine type from the drop-down menu, click \"\" <\/span>to add more rows for lost fine details, if required and give remarks and click <\/span>Confirm.<\/b><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>Return <\/b>to return the holding after clearing all the fines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Click <\/span>Quick Issue\/Return <\/b>on the top right corner of the page to return holding quickly. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select check-circle against <\/span>Return.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    • Enter <\/span>Accession No<\/b>. and click <\/span>Return.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
