Issued, Available or Reserved holdings will be shown as selected in status.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Issue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to issue the holding to the staff or student. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select check-circle against <\/span><b>Student <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or <\/span><b>Staff<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<br \/>\nIf <b>Student<\/b> is selected then the student can be searched by <b>Name<\/b> or <b>Admission No<\/b>.<br \/>\nIf <b>Staff<\/b> is selected then the staff can be searched by <b>Name<\/b> or <b>Employee ID<\/b>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select <\/span><b>Issue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Return<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dates from the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Confirm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Return<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to return the holding from the student or staff.
