All the holdings transactions can be viewed including Books, Newspapers, Magazine, DVD etc. Count of the Issued, Reserved and Status of the holdings can be viewed. The transaction history can be viewed with three types:<\/span><\/p>\n

Holdings<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Holding <\/b>in type from the drop-down menu. The list of the holding types will appear on the left side of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the desired holding type. The number of times each holding was issued or reserved will be listed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Student<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Select <\/span>Student<\/b> in type from the drop-down menu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select <\/span>Academic Session<\/b>, <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b> from the drop-down menu on the top of the page. The list of the holding transactions of the student will appear including Issued Books, Returned Books, Due Books and Total Fines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Staff<\/b><\/p>\n

      1. Select <\/span>Staff<\/b> in type from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select <\/span>Department<\/b> from the drop-down menu. The list of the holding transactions of the staff will appear including Issued Books, Returned Books, Due Books and Total Fines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
