Holdings, identified by the accession numbers, are placed in various racks, shelves in the library. Such locations and sublocations can be spotted through the codes assigned to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\"<\/span> at the right corner of the screen. The text box to enter the location and location code appears.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter the <\/span>Location<\/b> and <\/span>Location Code.<\/b>
    \n<\/b>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:
    \n<\/span>Location Codes can be an alphanumeric code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\"<\/span>against the location text box to add sublocation to the location added. A text box appears to enter the sublocation name and its location code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enter the name of the sublocation and its location code.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click \"\"<\/span>against the sublocation text box to add sublocations to the already created sublocations. A text box appears below the already added sublocation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Enter the name of the sublocation and its location code of the already created sublocation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

    • You can only create two levels of sublocations to the location.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • You can create as many sublocations at the same level.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The location or sublocation can be deleted at any point by clicking the \"\"<\/span>against the text field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
