For configuring the fee receipts please follow the below-mentioned steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To configure the fee, there are two processes that need to be followed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Auto-Numbering:-<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Click on settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. From the list click on Fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Now, from the list, find “Fee Autonumbering Sequence” and enter it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on the plus icon (+).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enter the sequence name as per your preference, such as “Fee receipt_2024-2025.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Enter the prefix, variable, and suffix according to your preference. The variable you mention here will start from the next number, which will be used in the fee receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. For example, if you enter 0, the fee receipt will start from 1.\n
      \n
    • Prefix: A constant part before the variable number, for example: FR (Fee Receipt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Variable<\/strong>: The number that will increment with each new receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Suffix<\/strong>: A constant part after the variable number, for example: 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Example:\n
        \n
      • Prefix<\/strong>: FR<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Variable<\/strong>: 0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Suffix<\/strong>: 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • This will result in the first fee receipt: FR1-2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Select the check-circle next to a specific session and choose the desired session(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In the Sequence, select the fee receipt and click on ADD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In this way, you can configure the fee receipt for a specific session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Fee Receipt Configuration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Click on settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Go to finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. From the list click on Fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click on Fee Receipt Template<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Click on + icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Select the template size you want (A4, A5, A6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Now, select the receipt template and click on “Click here to select.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. Click on Next.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        9. Select the class for which you want to configure the template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        10. Click on Next.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        11. Select the autonumbering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        12. If you want to show the fee types installment-wise in the fee receipt, click the rectangular box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        13. Click on Done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          There are three fee templates available on the system, but the support team recommended the first template, which I have already shown above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
