Assigned transport details to the student can be modified or changed. Changes in the pick and drop services and stops can be done and the transport service can also be scheduled for a future date. Current service can be discontinued if students don\u2019t want to continue the current service.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>Modify<\/b> against the name of the transport service assigned. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Make changes to the pick and drop services as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\"<\/span> to schedule the transport service. The next window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Turn on the toggle for Pick up for assigning the pick-up service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select the required <\/span>pick up service<\/b> from the drop-down list of services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select the <\/span>pick-up stops<\/b> from the drop-down list of services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Turn on the toggle for drop for assigning the drop service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Select the required <\/span>drop service<\/b> from the drop-down list of services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Select the <\/span>drop stops<\/b> from the drop-down list of services.
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/b>
    \nClick \"\"<\/span> in pick-up <\/span>to copy the pick-up <\/span>service and pick up stop to the drop service and drop stop.<\/span>
    \nClick \"\"<\/span> in drop <\/span>to copy the drop <\/span>service and drop stops to the pick-up service and pick-up stops.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Select the <\/span>Pickup Person<\/b> from the drop-down list.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>More than one person can be selected as a pick-up person.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. By default, the <\/span>Effective From<\/b> (date) will be selected as the current date.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>The effective date is the date from which the transport facility will come into effect. You can choose a future date by which you can schedule the transport facility.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Select the <\/span>Effective Installment <\/b>along with which you wish to collect the transport fee.
    \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
    \nThe fee structure will come into effect from instalment selected.
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Click <\/span>Save. <\/b>The transport will be scheduled for the student.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Click \"\"<\/span>to discontinue the current service.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Select <\/span>Reason for Discontinuing<\/b> from the given reasons or select <\/span>Custom Reason <\/b>and enter the reason in <\/span>Custom Reason<\/b> field, if your reason is not listed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. Click <\/span>Confirm<\/b>. The service will be discontinued from the staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
