We can notify parents using the cheque status change alert, follow the steps below to notify :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enable Cheque Status Change Alert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Settings<\/strong> ><\/strong> Collaboration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From the dropdown, click on Communication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Notify Parents About Cheque Bounce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Finance<\/strong> > Fee > Collect Fee<\/strong> (Transactional side).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on Cheque\u2013DD Status<\/strong> (rectangular box).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the student whose cheque status needs to be changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on Change Status<\/strong>, select the Bounced<\/strong> status, enter the date and time, and click Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      After completing the above steps, parents will be notified about the cheque bounce related to the school fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
