Generate Fee Summary Report<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Finance > Fees > Fee Reports<\/strong> module (Transactional side).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Fee Reports<\/strong>, choose Fee Summary Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Apply the required filters in the required fields (such as Academic Session, Class, Section, Date Range, etc.). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Submit to generate the Fee Summary Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You can view the report in two ways:\n

    • Student-wise<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Class & Section-wise<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Billed Amount for Each Student:<\/strong> Provides a clear breakdown of the fee billed to each student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Payment Details:<\/strong> Shows how much the student has paid so far.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Pending Dues:<\/strong> Displays the pending amount of fees yet to be paid by the student as of the current date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Annual Dues:<\/strong> Highlights how much of the annual fee remains unpaid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Fine Generation:<\/strong> Shows any fines that have been generated for the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Paid Fines:<\/strong> Tracks how much of the fines have been paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Summary of Totals:<\/strong> Provides column-wise totals, including:\n

        • Total fees paid by students<\/li>\n\n\n\n
