This article provides a step-by-step guide on configuring the Sports Bonafide Certificate<\/strong>. This setup is completed in two parts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Configure Auto-Numbering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Go to Settings > Student > Student<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Auto Number Setting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the +<\/strong> icon on the top-right, and enter the required details:\n
      \n
    • Series Name<\/strong> (e.g., Sports Certificate-)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prefix<\/strong> (e.g., SPC-)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Starting No.<\/strong> (e.g., 1, 101,1001 etc. – This will be incremental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Suffix<\/strong> (optional \u2014 e.g., -2025)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Apply to<\/strong>: Select Sports Bonafide Certificate<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Session<\/strong>: Choose the mapping session from Current or All Session
      Tip : If All session is selected then same series will be automaticlly mapped in every session and work in sync.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Create<\/strong> to save the numbering series.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Part 2: Configure the Certificate Template<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Student<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select Letter Generation Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Use the Filter<\/strong> to locate the Sports Bonafide Certificate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click the Add (+)<\/strong> symbol on the top-right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Select the required certificate template and click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Choose the Class \/ Classes<\/strong> where this certificate will be applicable and click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Select the Auto-Numbering Sequence<\/strong> created in Part 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Click Done<\/strong> to complete the template configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Your Sports Bonafide Certificate is now successfully configured with the selected template and auto-numbering sequence. You can generate it using self services under Student module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
