{"id":17821,"date":"2026-01-13T13:15:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-13T07:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=17821"},"modified":"2026-02-20T18:00:43","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T12:30:43","slug":"how-to-use-smart-pay-facility-in-concession","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-use-smart-pay-facility-in-concession\/","title":{"rendered":"How to use &#8216;Smart Pay&#8217; facility in concession?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Finance<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Fee<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Fee Concession<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Add New Concession<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give a <strong>name<\/strong> for the concession and select <strong>Smart Pay<\/strong> from the <strong>Concession Type<\/strong> dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Applicable To<\/strong> option.(All installment or custom installment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The default logic will be <strong>Percentage<\/strong>. Enter the <strong>percentage<\/strong> for the concession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Validity Configuration<\/strong>, you will have two options: <strong>Absolute<\/strong> and <strong>Relative<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Absolute<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you select <strong>Absolute<\/strong>, enter the <strong>Deadline Date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the parent makes full payment before the specified deadline, the given percentage of concession will be applied during the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relative<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you select <strong>Relative<\/strong>, the given percentage of concession will be applied if the full payment is made <strong>on or before<\/strong> a particular number of days after the <strong>installment end date<\/strong>.
