Tip: Select all classes if you want to upload collection in the sequential order based on the already generate receipt ids.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n- Installments:<\/strong> Choose one or more as needed. (For Template A, you can select multiple to include in one receipt.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Adhoc Fee:<\/strong> Choose one or more as needed. (For Template A, you can select multiple to include in one receipt.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Download to get the Excel template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Fill in all required fields for the relevant month\u2019s collections.
Tip: <\/strong>Use the date format <\/em>DD-MM-YYYY<\/strong> for both Payment and Collection dates.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n4. Upload & Validate the Excel File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Upload the filled Excel file from the same page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The system will validate the file and display:\n

- Valid entries \u2013 Auto-uploaded into the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Invalid entries \u2013 Download the error file, fix the issues, and re-upload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
This completes the bulk fee collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
