Prepare the Excel File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in all required fields for the relevant month\u2019s collections.<br><em><strong>Tip: <\/strong>Use the date format <\/em><strong>DD-MM-YYYY<\/strong><em> for both Payment and Collection dates.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
