{"id":17875,"date":"2026-01-14T17:42:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T12:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=17875"},"modified":"2026-01-16T12:41:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T07:11:03","slug":"how-to-configure-installments-using-fee-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-configure-installments-using-fee-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"How to configure installments using &#8216;Fee Schedule&#8217;?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Finance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Fee Schedule<\/strong> by selecting <strong>Fee &gt; Fee Schedule<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>+<\/strong> button to add a new schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a <strong>Schedule Name<\/strong>. eg. Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select and map the relevant <strong>Classes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> button under the <strong>Instalments<\/strong> section and specify the number of instalments required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter details for each instalment, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instalment Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start Due Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End Due Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro-Rata installment dates &#8211; In case you have enabled pro-rata settings, it will show following instalment dates to enter.
