{"id":17877,"date":"2026-01-16T11:56:19","date_gmt":"2026-01-16T06:26:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=17877"},"modified":"2026-01-16T11:56:21","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T06:26:21","slug":"how-to-configure-define-quarterly-fee-installments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-to-configure-define-quarterly-fee-installments\/","title":{"rendered":"How to configure\/define Quarterly fee installments?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings<\/strong> > <strong>Fee ><\/strong> <strong>Finance<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Fee Schedule<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> button to add a new schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a <strong>Schedule Name<\/strong>, such as <strong>Quarterly Fees<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select and map the relevant <strong>Classes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> button under the <strong>Instalments<\/strong> section and specify the number of instalments needed for quarterly payments (e.g., 4 instalments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide details for each instalment, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instalment Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start Due Date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End Due Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro-Rata installment dates &#8211; In case you have enabled pro-rata settings, it will show following instalment dates to enter.
