Once collections have started, certain changes may require cancelling receipts before modifications are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If the Due End Date is <em>not<\/em> crossed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings<\/strong> > <strong>Finance<\/strong> > <strong>Fee Schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>fee schedule name<\/strong> you want to modify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the <strong>Instalment<\/strong> or <strong>Schedule details<\/strong> as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If the Due End Date <em>is crossed<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancel any receipts<\/strong> collected against the respective schedule\/instalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the same steps as above:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings &gt; Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>fee schedule<\/strong> you want to edit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify the <strong>Instalment\/Schedule details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Tutorial : <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/B16-06_How-to-ModifyEdit-the-Fee-Schedule-Installment-After-Fee-Collection.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Modifying a fee schedule\/instalment depends on whether the Due End Date is crossed and whether any collection has already been done.
