System-defined fee defaulter alerts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These alerts are <strong>pre-configured<\/strong> and sent <strong>automatically<\/strong> by the system based on the criteria you define.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Configure them from:<br><strong>Settings &gt; Collaboration &gt; Communication &gt; Alerts &gt; Fee Defaulter Alert (Parent)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here you need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enable the alert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the number of days for reminder scheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define the time at which the alert should be sent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once configured, the system automatically triggers alerts as per the schedule.<br>These alerts are logged correctly in communication reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
