However, they can choose to make a <strong>partial payment<\/strong><em>(if allowed by school)<\/em> instead of paying the full due amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to Make a Partial Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>NextOS app<\/strong> or web portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the username and password provided by the school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the dashboard, click <strong>Fee Payment<\/strong> under <strong>Quick Links<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View the <strong>billed amount<\/strong>, <strong>paid amount<\/strong>, and <strong>pending dues<\/strong><br>Note: <strong>Individual fee head amounts cannot be edited<\/strong> in Parent Login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proceed with Payment<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll to the bottom and click <strong>Pay Other Amount<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This enables entering a custom payable amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the partial amount you prefer to pay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Pay Now<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose payment mode (<strong>Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet<\/strong>, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the transaction via the payment gateway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After successful payment, a <strong>confirmation message<\/strong> and <strong>receipt<\/strong> will be shown<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download or print the receipt for future reference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Tutorial : <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/B43-02_Making-Partial-Fee-Payments-In-Parent-Login.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parents cannot directly edit or modify individual fee head amounts from the Parent Login.
