Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Autonumbering Sequence<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>(+) Add<\/strong> icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure the auto-numbering as required:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sequence Name (e.g., <em>Fee Challan<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prefix (e.g., <em>CHAL, <\/em><em>FC etc.<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Variable (set to <strong>0<\/strong> or a desired number) &#8211; If you set to <strong>0<\/strong>, Numbering will start from its next number as <strong>1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suffix (e.g., <em>\/202<\/em>6) &#8211; This is optional field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply To: <strong>Fee Challan<\/strong> (Radio button)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong> to save the sequence<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This ensures each challan receives a unique auto-generated number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Part 2: Map the Fee Challan Template<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go back to <strong>Settings &gt; Finance &gt; Fee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Fee Challan Template<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Create New<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Click here to select<\/strong> to choose the template &gt; Click <strong>Next<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Classes<\/strong> to which the challan is applicable &gt; Click <strong>Next<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Fee Challan Autonumbering<\/strong> you created earlier &gt;
