{"id":18341,"date":"2026-01-21T18:19:51","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T12:49:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=18341"},"modified":"2026-02-12T16:25:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T10:55:10","slug":"how-can-i-generate-fee-challans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-i-generate-fee-challans\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I generate fee challans?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Finance &gt; Fee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Generate Fee Challan<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Class &amp; Section<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>Criteria<\/strong> for generating challan:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Month<\/strong> &#8211; useful for monthly billing cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installment<\/strong> -ideal for term or quarter-based billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date Range<\/strong> &#8211; flexible option for custom periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>, System will filter the eligible students based on your selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Order Type<\/strong> (Student-wise or Installment-wise)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student-wise<\/strong> \u2013 challan is grouped per student<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installment-wise<\/strong> \u2013 challan is grouped per installment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Challan Validity<\/strong> and <strong>Bank Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose how to generate:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual Generation<\/strong> &#8211; generate for a specific student<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bulk Generation<\/strong> &#8211; generate for multiple or all students at once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When prompted, click <strong>OK<\/strong> to confirm initiation<br>You will see a message:<em> &#8220;Challan generation is initiated. We will notify you once it\u2019s completed.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Challan History<\/strong> to view the list of challans generated, with timestamps for
