You can create an ad-hoc fee and assign it to students directly from the fee settings and collection screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Create the ad-hoc fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee > Fee Type<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the Add (+)<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the Fee Type Name<\/strong> (e.g., Special Event Fee).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Fee Type<\/strong> as Ad-Hoc<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Enter the Maximum Amount<\/strong> (the highest amount that can be charged).
    Tip : You can increase or decreas the amount during the fee collection<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the applicable Class<\/strong> (if required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Assign the ad-hoc fee to a student<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This fee can be directly added during fee collection for the student and will not impact the student\u2019s regular fee dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Finance > Fee > Fee Collection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search and select the required student<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Add (+)<\/strong> icon on the student\u2019s fee page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the ad-hoc fee<\/strong> you created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Update the amount<\/strong> if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong> to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
