Fee information for a class cannot be deleted if payments are already collected<\/strong>. You must first cancel the payment records and then remove the fee configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Cancel payment records for the class<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Transactions > Finance > Fee > Cancel Fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Apply filters to select the date range<\/strong> and class\/grade<\/strong> for which payments were collected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. For each payment, click the three dots<\/strong> and select Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter the cancellation remark<\/strong> and click Confirm<\/strong>.
    (This removes the payment records for the selected class.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Delete fee information for the class<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Remove the fee-related configurations for the class, such as Fee Structure<\/strong>, Fee Type mapping<\/strong>, or other applicable settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
