The fuel refilling related information like cost, quantity, receipt, refill station can be entered by admin to calculate and analyse the mileage, average refilling cost, average refilling fuel of the vehicle. <\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select <\/span>Vehicle Type<\/b> and <\/span>Vehicle<\/b> from the drop-down menu on the top of the page to view the fuel log details of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> to add the fuel log. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter<\/span> Fuel Quantity<\/b>, <\/span>Fuel Cost<\/b>, <\/span>Date of Fueling<\/b>, <\/span>Refill Station<\/b>, <\/span>Odometer Reading<\/b>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:
    \n<\/b>The odometer reading will be the reading at the time of refuelling.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select check-box against <\/span>Not Documented, <\/b>if you missed entering previous refuel details or unsure about odometer during refuel. This will not calculate distance based on previous fuel entry.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click\"\" <\/span>to upload the receipt, if any.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Click \"\" <\/span>to edit or delete the created fuel log.<\/span>
