The vehicle details can be configured to NLP to manage the transportation services provided by the school to the staff and students. Vehicle along with its details including type, name, number, seating capacity, model can be registered.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>to add vehicle. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select <\/span>Vehicle Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter <\/span>Vehicle Number<\/b>, <\/span>Seating Capacity<\/b>, <\/span>Vehicle Name<\/b>, <\/span>Model<\/b> and <\/span>Manufacturer.<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Category<\/b> and <\/span>Type<\/b> by clicking the check-circle against the desired category and type.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Turn on the toggle down to <\/span>GPS<\/b> to enable the GPS for that vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select <\/span>GPS IMEI No<\/b>. from the drop-down menu.
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:<\/span>
    \n<\/span>IMEI is the unique 15 digit code which is used for tracking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Enter <\/span>Speed Limit<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click <\/span>Save.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

    • Click \"\"<\/span> to delete the added vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \"\"indicates the GPS availability for the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \"\"indicates whether the vehicle is AC or Non AC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
