  1. Click the desired vehicle whose details will be edited. The new window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click \"\"<\/span> to view and edit the fuel log. The window will appear with all the calculations including <\/span>Mileage<\/b>, <\/span>Cost per Km<\/b>, <\/span>Average Refilling Fuel<\/b>, <\/span>Average Refilling Cost<\/b>.
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:
    \n<\/span>Mileage<\/b> and <\/span>Cost per Km<\/b> will be calculated in every 6 months.
    \n<\/span>Average Refilling Fuel<\/b> and <\/span>Average Refilling Cost<\/b> will be calculated monthly.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\"<\/span> to add the fuel log. The pop-up window will appear.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enter<\/span> Fuel Quantity<\/b>, <\/span>Fuel Cost<\/b>, <\/span>Date of Fueling<\/b>, <\/span>Refill Station<\/b>, <\/span>Odometer Reading<\/b>.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/b><\/span>:
    \n<\/b>The odometer reading will be the reading at the time of refuelling.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select check-box against <\/span>Not Documented, <\/b>if you missed to enter previous refuel details or unsure about odometer during refuel. This will not calculate distance based on previous fuel entry.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click \"\"<\/span>to upload the receipt file, if any.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The fuel log will be calculated on a monthly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n
