Device Selection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Although many biometric devices are available in the market, <strong>NextOS has deep integration with eSSL biometric devices<\/strong>. Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Get the installation done through the device dealer or local electrician. <br>While installing the device, ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is placed at a convenient location for both short and tall students\/staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The mounting height allows easy biometric access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>student biometric attendance<\/strong>, schools should assess:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peak entry\/exit load (students per minute).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of devices required to avoid long queues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility of staggered entry or exit by class groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:20px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><br>NextOS supports both <strong>IN and OUT attendance from a single device<\/strong>. It will end up creating duplicate users in the device.
