Open Chat<\/strong>.
Click the blue chat button at the bottom, then click New Group<\/strong>.
Enter a Group Name<\/strong> and a Group Description<\/strong>.
Under Select who will be in the Group<\/strong>, choose Staff Only<\/strong> or For Staff and Parents<\/strong>.
Click Save<\/strong>.
On the group screen, click Add Staff<\/strong> to add members. Search by name or employee ID, or filter by department.
