Click + Monitor<\/strong>.
Under Choose the person<\/strong>, select the staff member who will be the monitor.
Under What will he\/she monitor?<\/strong>, select:
Department<\/strong> \u2014 all one-to-one chats by staff in the selected departments
Class \u2013 Section<\/strong> \u2014 all one-to-one chats by parents of the selected class-sections
